1. Plan a trip(s) with a friend(s)2. Attend a lecture/performance/event outside of your comfort zone3. Donate your time4. Make a new friend (but keep the old)5. Finish your 'to do' list at least once a week6. Find a way to be thankful for your blessings in a way that fits you (church, meditation, song, dance, giving to others)7. Love the one your with when it is the most difficult to do.....take them of leave them!
